1. Overview & Purpose
PixelVora (https://www.pixelvora.in) offers transparent subscription management for all users. You are never locked into long-term contracts, and you can cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard.
2. How Subscription Cancellation Works
On PixelVora, cancelling a paid subscription means:
- Stopping Future Automatic Renewal: Your payment method will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Full Access Until Period End: You retain complete Pro feature access until the exact end of your current paid billing period (
current_period_end). - Automatic Free Transition: When the paid period concludes, your account seamlessly transitions to the Free plan without disrupting your account data.
Cancelling does not delete your profile, digital business cards, products, services, inquiries, or analytics.
3. Pro Monthly Subscriptions (₹99/month)
If you are on a Pro Monthly plan and choose to cancel:
- Auto-renewal for the upcoming month will be halted immediately.
- You will continue to enjoy up to 10 active cards, custom slug reservation, portfolio showcases, Unified Inbox, and 300 monthly Vora AI requests through the remainder of the 30-day paid cycle.
- At the end of the 30-day cycle, your account transitions to the Free tier.
4. Pro Yearly Subscriptions (₹799/year)
If you are on a Pro Yearly plan and choose to cancel:
- Auto-renewal for the following year will be halted.
- You will continue to receive unrestricted Pro benefits for the entire 12-month period you have already paid for.
- At the conclusion of the 12-month annual term, your account transitions to the Free tier.
5. 7-Day Pro Trial Expiration
PixelVora provides a 7-Day Full Pro Trial to eligible new users:
- No Credit Card Required: The 7-day trial does not require upfront billing details.
- No Auto-Charge: The trial will never automatically charge you when the 7 days expire.
- No Action Needed to Cancel: If you decide not to purchase Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly, you do not need to take any cancellation action; your account automatically transitions to Free at the end of day 7.
6. Account State After Cancellation
Once your paid period concludes following a cancellation:
- Your account status changes to Free (₹0 / forever).
- You can log in, edit your cards, view your dashboard, and receive messages just as before.
- You are free to resubscribe to Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly at any time.
7. Data Preservation (No Content Deletion)
PixelVora guarantees that subscription cancellation does NOT delete user data.
All of the following items remain securely stored and intact in your account:
- All created digital business cards.
- Products catalog and service listings.
- Portfolio projects, case studies, and uploaded gallery images.
- Unified Inbox messages, lead inquiries, and appointment requests.
- Historical card analytics and visitor metrics.
- Profile avatars, bio information, and contact details.
8. Multiple Cards on Free Downgrade
If you created multiple digital cards while subscribed to Pro (which allows up to 10 active cards):
- When transitioning to the Free tier (which allows 1 active public card), none of your extra cards are deleted.
- All your cards remain safely preserved in your dashboard.
- You have the ability to select which single card is publicly active at any time.
- The remaining cards are kept safely in an inactive/draft status and can be switched or reactivated upon upgrading back to Pro.
9. Cancellation vs. Refunds
Please note that cancelling a subscription simply stops future automatic renewals. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

10. Payment Failures & Subscription Status
If a recurring renewal payment cannot be processed by Razorpay (e.g., due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or bank decline):
- The payment gateway will attempt automatic retries according to standard banking retry schedules.
- If payment remains uncompleted after the grace period, the subscription will end and the account will transition to Free.
- Your saved cards and data remain preserved.
11. Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://pixelvora.in/login.
- Navigate to Settings → Billing in your dashboard sidebar.
- Locate your active subscription details.
- Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm your request.
Your dashboard will immediately reflect that recurring billing has been disabled and display the date through which your Pro access remains valid.
