1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PixelVora website (https://www.pixelvora.in), dashboard, application services, or any associated APIs (collectively, the “Service” or “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use PixelVora. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, creators, businesses, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. PixelVora Platform & Services
PixelVora is a Digital Business Identity Platform designed to empower individuals, professionals, creators, freelancers, founders, and businesses to create, manage, and share a verified online professional presence.
Core capabilities provided by the Platform include:
- Digital Business Cards & Profiles: Interactive, mobile-optimized public profile pages showcasing your professional identity.
- Custom URL Slugs: Dedicated URL pathways on the PixelVora domain (e.g.,
https://pixelvora.in/yourname). (Note: Custom domain mapping to external third-party domains is not currently offered.) - Business Showcases: Product catalogs, bookable service listings, portfolio showcases, and photo galleries.
- Lead & Inquiry Capture: Unified Inbox for receiving client inquiries, messages, and appointment booking requests.
- Advanced Analytics: Visitor engagement metrics, traffic breakdown, device/browser statistics, and approximate network-derived city-level visitor information.
- Vora AI Assistant: Contextual AI-assisted tools for profile generation and public visitor guidance.
- QR Code Generation: Dynamic and downloadable QR codes for seamless offline-to-online sharing.
Clarifications: PixelVora is not an e-commerce marketplace, nor does it act as a payment processor. Subscription payments for PixelVora are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). PixelVora branding remains a standard part of the platform across tiers.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the Service, including creating digital cards and managing inquiries, you must register for an account using a valid email address and secure credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
- You are responsible for all activities, changes, and communications that occur under your account.
- You must notify PixelVora immediately at support@pixelvora.in if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use PixelVora only for lawful professional and commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent an affiliation with any individual or brand.
- Engage in fraudulent schemes, deceptive business practices, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial messaging (spam).
- Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, viruses, or malicious software.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
5. User Content & Licensing
You retain full ownership of all text, images, logos, portfolio samples, descriptions, contact details, and media you upload or publish on PixelVora (“User Content”).
By uploading or publishing User Content on the Platform, you grant PixelVora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, format, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and display your digital cards and profile services.
You warrant that you possess all necessary intellectual property rights, trademarks, licenses, and permissions for all User Content you publish, and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
6. Public Profiles & Card Visibility
When you publish a digital business card on PixelVora, the information you include on that card (such as your name, title, bio, public contact buttons, portfolio items, services, products, and public social links) is intentionally made publicly accessible on the internet via your designated URL slug.
Private dashboard sections—such as your account settings, private lead inbox, internal visitor analytics, and billing details—remain private and protected by authentication.
7. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions
PixelVora strictly prohibits publishing or distributing content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or racially/ethnically offensive.
- Promotes illegal goods, regulated substances without authorization, or counterfeit merchandise.
- Violates the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
- Contains sexually explicit or adult services not permitted by applicable law and payment partner standards.
PixelVora reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any card or content that violates these standards.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the PixelVora platform—including but not limited to software code, website designs, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, animations, documentation, and algorithms—are and will remain the exclusive property of PixelVora and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services & Integrations
PixelVora integrates with third-party service providers to deliver essential platform functionality:
- Payment Processing: Razorpay processes payments and subscription billing.
- Backend Infrastructure: Secure cloud and database hosting infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, Vercel).
- AI Services: Verified AI infrastructure powering Vora assistant capabilities.
Your interactions with third-party services linked through your card (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, external websites, or payment links) are governed by those third parties' independent terms and policies.
10. Free Plan Terms
PixelVora offers a Free Plan (₹0 / forever) providing foundational digital card capabilities:
- 1 active, publicly accessible digital business card.
- Clean public profile URL (e.g.,
https://pixelvora.in/yourname). - 1-tap contact and WhatsApp saving.
- Standard dynamic QR code.
- Foundational styling and PixelVora branding.
Free accounts are not subjected to automatic deletion merely because they are on the Free tier.
11. Pro Monthly Plan (₹99/month)
The Pro Monthly subscription is priced at ₹99 per month and includes:
- Up to 10 active digital business cards.
- Unlimited products catalog and bookable services.
- Unlimited portfolio projects and up to 100 gallery photos per card.
- 300 Vora AI requests per month.
- Advanced traffic and visitor engagement analytics.
- Unified Inbox for inquiries and appointment leads.
- Custom URL slug reservation, advanced styling, premium themes, and priority support.
12. Pro Yearly Plan (₹799/year)
The Pro Yearly subscription is priced at ₹799 per year (offering significant annual savings compared to paying ₹99 each month for 12 months). It provides the exact same full Pro feature suite as the Pro Monthly plan, billed on an annual cycle.
13. 7-Day Pro Trial Policy
Eligible new users receive 7 days of unrestricted Pro access upon registration.
- No Automatic Charges: The 7-day Pro trial does NOT require an upfront credit card charge and does NOT automatically charge the customer when the trial concludes.
- Trial Expiration Behavior: When the 7-day trial expires, if the user has not subscribed to a paid Pro plan, their account automatically transitions to the Free tier.
- Content Safety: No cards, products, services, analytics history, or inquiries are deleted upon trial expiration. If the user created multiple cards during the trial, all cards remain saved in their dashboard; the user selects which 1 card remains active on the Free tier.
- Legacy Accounts: Accounts created prior to the introduction of subscriptions may receive a one-time 7-day Pro trial with all preexisting data preserved intact.
14. Trial-to-Paid Subscription Transition
If a user purchases a Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly subscription while their 7-day Pro trial is still active:
- The trial period concludes immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- The paid Pro subscription activates immediately from the date of purchase.
- Remaining trial days do not stack onto or extend the paid subscription period.
15. Billing, Renewal & Payment Processing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the selected plan.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel recurring billing prior to your renewal date.
- Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through Razorpay. PixelVora does not store or process raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank authentication credentials on our servers.
- Abandoned Checkout: Initiating a checkout session and closing it without successful payment completion does not activate a paid subscription.
16. Payment Failures & Grace Status
If a recurring subscription payment fails at renewal:
- The payment gateway may attempt retries in accordance with banking and gateway retry schedules.
- If payment cannot be settled, the subscription status will update, and the account will transition to the Free tier at the conclusion of the grace period.
- A payment failure does NOT result in the deletion of your account or saved card data.
17. Plan Changes & Upgrades
Users may upgrade from Pro Monthly to Pro Yearly at any time through their Billing Settings.
- Plan transitions are managed through Razorpay's supported subscription lifecycle rules.
- PixelVora is configured to prevent uncontrolled duplicate concurrent subscriptions.
18. Cancellation & Renewal Termination
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your account's Billing Settings.
- Stops Future Renewal: Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges.
- Access Retained: You retain full Pro access and entitlements until the end of your current paid billing period (
current_period_end). - Transition to Free: After the current paid period ends, your account transitions to the Free tier without data loss.

19. Refund Policy Summary
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for previously billed periods.
Refund requests are reviewed individually for legitimate circumstances such as duplicate payment processing errors, billing system anomalies, or material technical service delivery failures. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details and request procedures.
20. Data Preservation on Downgrade or Expiry
PixelVora enforces a strict Data Preservation Principle:
Downgrading from Pro to Free, trial expiration, subscription cancellation, or payment failure will never cause automatic deletion of your cards, products, services, portfolio showcases, photo galleries, messages, leads, or analytics history.
On the Free tier, you may select which 1 digital card remains publicly active. Your remaining cards remain securely saved in your dashboard in an inactive state and can be reactivated if you upgrade.
21. Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, PixelVora does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available 100% of the time. We may occasionally perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
22. Suspension & Account Termination
PixelVora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in egregious violations of these Terms, unlawful activities, fraudulent schemes, or abuse of platform infrastructure.
Users may delete their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@pixelvora.in. Account deletion results in the unpublishing of cards and removal of personal account information, subject to mandatory legal, tax, or fraud-prevention retention requirements.
23. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXELVORA AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
24. Modifications to Terms
PixelVora reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When material updates are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of PixelVora following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.
25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of PixelVora shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The competent courts located in Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
